This iron-on patch has an adhesive layer on the underside with which you can iron the patch onto a garment of your choice. Iron it onto the garment with medium pressure for 30 seconds to a minute. Preferably also iron the inside of the garment on the side of the adhesive layer, so that it is extra well attached.
